If permission is granted to use the MMC,

then the undersigned ("User") agrees as follows:

1. That the use of the MMC shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions for Use of the MMC, and that the User acknowledges having received a copy of such Terms and Conditions

2. That this agreement, as well as any documents relating hereto, be drawn in English only. Que cette convention, de même que tous les documents qui s'y rattachent, soient rédigés en anglais seulement.
